Josh Milan has been a musician since the age of 12 when he filled in for the church organist at a moment’s notice. This divine entrance into his musicianship ignited a spark that is still thriving today— four decades later.

Josh is known for his soulful, rhythmic keyboard playing and has contributed his signature style to artists such as Mary J. Blige (certified Platinum album), the Pet Shop Boys (certified Gold album), Dionne Warwick, Melba Moore, Jody Watley, Jocelyn Brown, Loleatta Holloway, Luther Vandross, Billy Cobham, Morris Day, Luisito Quintero, and others.

Today Josh Milan is a revered multi-instrumentalist.

Besides keys, he plays guitar, bass guitar, bass, flute, and percussion. He emphasizes incorporating live instrumentation into his productions, collaborations, releases, and remixes. His love for songwriting is ignited whenever he picks up one of his instruments.

As an artist, he finds his greatest joy when performing live as Josh Milan & Band.
